We are now taking a non refundable £20 deposit upfront to protect ourselves against no-shows or last minute cancellations. We require minimum 48 hours notice to enable you to cancel or amend your appointments and to avoid losing your deposit. All appointments need to be canceled or rearranged by calling 341722 clients cannot message our text system. If you don’t attend for patch tests unfortunately deposits will be lost as its clients responsibility to attend.
On arrival if you change treatments originally booked you will still be charged for full amount of original booking as time is allowed for these services and still have wages to pay. If you decide to cancel less then 24 hours prior to your appointment or no-show on the day for any appointments you will be required to pay 100% of your appointment cost to be able to rebook in the salon for future bookings. Please be mindful the salon is closed Sundays and Mondays so you must contact our Facebook page or instagram page to enable a cancellation to be acceptable in the required notice, we do not accept cancellations on our answer machine out of working hours or clients expecting us to accept their cancellation due to salon open hours.
If your needing to amend your appointment and is within the cancellation policy please avoid rebooking online you MUST call the salon to amend date/time as only one deposit can be used per appointment. Appointments cannot be rescheduled or canceled online.
If you cancel your appointment within the 48 hour notice period, deposits will be held on account for future bookings we are unable to refund any deposits.
Any appointments using gift vouchers must give voucher code on time of booking to secure their appointment.
