We take huge pride in our salon and work hard to ensure we create the best possible environment for our clients but also for our staff. As such, we will not tolerate any clients that disrespect any of our team members or salon policies and they will not be allowed to return to the salon. Please also note that all chemical services require minimum 48 patch test prior to appointments and must be renewed every 6 months. A £10 deposit is required on all bookings the day they are made and we require a minimum 48 hour cancellation notice, otherwise the deposit is lost. No shows will be required to pay the full service cost ahead of their appointment to be able to return to the salon. Thank you so much for your understanding.
